“Nanotechnology”

Convened April 20–21, 2000 | Foundation For the Future Building, Bellevue, Washington

Summary

The Foundation For the Future brought together researchers to present papers and discuss the field of nanotechnology. The four scholars presented a range of ideas, possibilities, and potentials for nanotechnology, varying from augmented humans on a biological substrate to rapid drug and toxin screening, to large-scale cellular measurement and control, along with a discussion of the simulation of structures at the atomic level.
